Rigging concluded, the interior is then set in place. Bow rider sections, side panels, seat pedestals, and interior seating are installed. All systems are examined for proper fit, function and adjustment. The boat is then trailered to the appropriate body of water to be tested. This standard operating procedure assures the boats set-up will meet the customer's performance expectations. The finishing department completes the DCB production process. Every inch of the boat is examined; the interior meticulously detailed; a thick coat of wax is applied to the surface of the hull and buffed to assure a flawless finish.
